ORDERING
You can rent projectors from Projector123.com anywhere in the U.S, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Just place your order online using our secure server or give us a call at (888) 866-6123.

We have simplified the Projector123.com contract procedure as much as possible. When you order your projector rental online, simply click "agree" after you review the Terms and Conditions at the end of the online checkout process. For more details, you can read the complete Terms and Conditions.

RENTAL PERIOD
You’ll specify your preferred rental period when you place your rental order. We will also apply a one-day grace period on either end of the rental to allow time for you to receive the projector and return it at your convenience.

Please note, you are responsible for any damage, loss or theft of the projector while it is in your custody, which is defined by delivery and signature upon receipt from FedEx, and the return and 'post mark' by FedEx. In other words, the projector is your responsibility from the time FedEx hands it to you until the time you hand it back to FedEx for shipping. If you do not ship the projector as indicated on the "End Date" when you placed the order, we will continue to charge a rental rate at the projector's daily rate until the equipment is received by Projector123.

CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order before your projector is shipped from our warehouse, (generally 3 business days from the rental period or less time for short-notice rental requests), then there will be no charge. Once we’ve shipped your projector, we must charge you for one rental day (at the projector's daily rate plus shipping). You must return the projector the same day you received it in order to avoid further charges.

SHIPPING
Projector123.com provides round-trip FedEx Express Saver shipping with signature required upon delivery, anywhere in the U.S, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, for a flat rate of $35. Expedited or short-notice requests may result in additional shipping charges. Whenever possible, we prefer to have 3 days’ notice, so we can ship your projector to you the day before you need it. When necessary, and for an additional fee, we can ship up to, and including, Same Day.

We ship exclusively via FedEx. Due to our contractual agreement, we cannot ship with third party accounts.

The shipping delivery is timed to ensure your projector arrives one day before you need it. For example, if you need a projector rental for Thursday, we would ship your rental on Monday, expecting it to arrive at your specified location by Wednesday, and you would ship it back to us on Friday.

RETURN
We have worked very hard to make your return experience as easy as possible. The carrying case is also the shipping container, so there’s no need to have a box or container handy for return shipping. The shipping charge includes return shipping and we include a FedEx return shipping label in the case. Simply replace the old shipping label with the new label and you can return the Projector to FedEx in a number of ways.

  • Drop it at a FedEx/Kinkos location
  • Through your normal shipping method (Receptionist, mail room, loading dock etc.)
  • Leave it with Hotel Front Desk or Concierge
  • Drop it at a shipping store that supports FedEx
  • Call FedEx to arrange a pickup – (800) Go-FedEx or FedEx.com
  • Call Projector123.com to arrange a FedEx pickup – (888) 866-6123
  • Drop it in a FedEx Drop Box – please make sure that the case is firmly inside and unable to be removed.

LATE RETURN
If the projector is not 'post marked' by FedEx within 24 hours of its expected return date, Projector123 will charge your credit card on file an emergency deposit of $500 for the 2000 lumen projector and $800 for the 3000 lumen projector. In addition, late fees will be charged until the projector is received by Projector123.

LATE FEES
If you keep the projector for extra days, we will continue to charge a rental fee at the projector's daily rate.

SUPPORT
Your rental will arrive with a handy quick-start guide and an abbreviated product manual, and we also provide toll-free tech support, available 24/7. In most cases, our expert troubleshooting will reveal a simple and easily fixable issue (such as a loose cable), but rest assured that our competent staff will assist you in getting your rental projector set up appropriately.

Here at Projector123.com, it’s our top priority to ensure that you have a working projector in time for your presentation. Each projector is fully tested and checked before we ship it, and each unit is also thoroughly checked after each rental. Our highly competent technicians use a five-point checklist to ensure each projector is in top working order and check the shipping manifest to guarantee all the necessary parts and cables are included.

We recommend that you set up the projector for a test run when you receive it, using the handy quick-start guide we provide for you. Should you experience any problems during setup, consult the abbreviated product manual or call our toll-free tech support, available 24/7 for your convenience. In the rare instance that there is a problem with your projector rental, we will deliver a replacement unit via overnight shipping at our expense. Projector123.com is committed to your total satisfaction.

DAMAGE
Our damage policy is simple: if you break it, you buy it. If the projector is lost, damaged or stolen while under your care, we will charge you the retail value of the equipment (including remote control, carrying case and cables).
